Duties: Compounds and dispenses prescribed drugs and medications for patient use. Ensures compliance with State and Federal regulations, reviews prescription to ensure accuracy and determines appropriate formulas and ingredients to fill the prescription. Answers patient questions as to drug side effects, interactions, and proper dosage.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (or the foreign equivalent). Must possess pharmacist license in the State of Wisconsin. Must be certified immunizer or willing to become a certified immunizer within 90 days of hire.
Salary Range:$134,933.76 /Year.
